We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. In order to initiate a return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to get your Return Authorization information.
We want you to absolutely love your pieces, wear them often and tell your friends about us. We are easily reached via phone and email, and are truly easy to work with, discuss options and answer questions before you place your order or after. With that in mind, please understand and recognize that we do not have a large production staff and unlimited supplies to easily absorb the returns.
In our retail Norcross Gallery, we offer 30 day exchanges on unworn in original packaging pieces. If you order on-line, and would like to exchange your item, please notify us via email within 7 days of receipt and product returned for exchange within 7 days from approval of the exchange. Thank you for understanding and respecting our policies.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sales items, personalized or custom design pieces.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you’ve purchased our jewelry from one of our retailers and you need to make a return or exchange, please contact that retailer directly. We cannot accept returns or exchanges from another retailer.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
