Ordering & Shipping Info:

Everything is handmade to order, and please note: due to the organic qualities of gemstones and pearls, what you receive may not look exactly like the picture. In addition, not all colors appear the same on all monitors. Items are usually shipped within 2-4 business days. Occasionally this shipping time will be extended for various reasons, and if that is the case we will contact you immediately if there is a delay on your order. If you need it asap, please email us to see if we can accommodate your request. Each item is shipped inside a signature chocolate with red text jewelry box or burgundy traveling velvet pouch (you can request both if you’d like).

Shipping Pricing (we ship from Norcross GA): 

Priority Mail USPS (2-5 day transit after shipment) $8.00

UPS (1-6 days in transit) $16.00-$20.00

What is your return & exchange policy?

If you need to return or exchange your purchase, we are happy to help!

Returns may be made within 10 days from the date that the item is received (with an extended grace period around holidays) and a credit will be issued to be used within 1 year (can be used on our website or in our retail gallery). Please understand, that every item is custom made for each order, and even though we are not able to offer a refund, will do our best to the find option for you instead. 

Exchanges may be made within 30 days of receipt of order and there is no additional shipping fee to send you the exchange.

If you’ve purchased our jewelry from one of our retailers and you need to make a return or exchange, please contact that retailer directly. We cannot accept returns or exchanges from another retailer.

Do you offer local pickup? Can I come to your studio and shop?

You are welcome to request to pick-up your order at our retail Jewelry Gallery, located at 51 S. Peachtree Street, Norcross GA 30071. Once your item is ready for pick-up, you will receive a call. Please visit us from 11-6 Monday-Saturday.

Do you gift wrap? Can I include a gift message? 

All items arrive in a box with a ribbon wrap at no additional charge. All gift orders will be shipped with a gift receipt (no prices), and if you have a gift note, it is printed on the gift receipt or we can hand write it on a card for you at no extra charge.
