SOCIAL MEDIA SUPPORT
We have grown our social media following to over 30K and would like to use that to help you. If you have an Instagram account, we would be happy to help promote your Anna Balkan Jewelry purchases via social media and share with you great photos you can use.

We will ship your order within 2 weeks unless requested otherwise. Delivery can take up to 4 weeks during our busy season (September-November), so we encourage you to plan ahead and order early. We ship via UPS $15-$20
We accept payment via check within 30 days of delivery of jewelry. If credit card is your only option, there is a 3% processing fee. Any order cancellation must be made within 48 hours of placing the order, since supplies are purchased 48 hours after orders are written to meet our shipping commitment. Customized payment terms available upon request.
If you are not happy with any item in your order, we will be happy to work with you on an exchange, within 10 days of the receipt of your order. Please call our sales office for a return authorization number. If you are returning salable merchandise for credit outside of the 10-day framework (only applies on items purchased within 1 year), please call our sales office for a return authorization number, and we will issue a credit upon receipt of jewelry. We allow exchange credit in the amount of 25% of the new order. We stand by the quality of our work and can repair or replace most pieces less then 2 years old. Please call our office for a return authorization number and pricing information. All custom or special order sales are final.
We love getting to know you and your customers. You can test new designs and boost sales by hosting a trunk show*. We will offer your customers beautiful options and many one-of-a-kind designs. All we ask is that you advertise the event and create great attendance so we will all benefit from the show. Items will arrive already retail priced and organized by looks. The split of trunk show sales is 50/50.

We offer a “pick box” option. We will hand select a beautiful and cohesive sampling of new designs and colors for you to choose from. Select your favorites and return the remaining items within 7-14 days in proper packaging to prevent damage. You are responsible for return postage/insurance. You will receive Net 30 terms on the chosen items from the day of delivery.
This is a great and easy way to update your jewelry cases with new pieces, remerchandise your current inventory and make it look cohesive and exciting for your customers.
